2.CNC vertical lathe is an advanced equipment with fine performance, wide process and high efficiency.Our co***ng is based on researching and manufacturing CNC lathe and using advanced machine designing and manufacturing technique of domestic and abroad.We use advanced PRO/E soft and finite element analysis,and successfully create high precision machine.
3.Spindle bearing use high precision double row cylindrical roller bearing.Worktable guide use constant static guide.
4.Vertical tool head use constant static guide and vertical movement use sliding rail.Two feed are both driven byAC servo motor and transmitted by ball screw.
5.Machine main transmission is drived by DC motor and pass by 2 steps commissions equipment to realize the worktable stepless speed.
6. Casting is treated with strict artificial aging and vibration aging so as to make sure the rigidity and stability of lathe. |
